CUSHEON LAKE RESORT UNIT BUYERS INFORMATION
Cusheon Lake Resort is made up of 16 individually owned 1 and 2 bedroom
recreational cabins arranged around the lakeshore of Cusheon Lake. Each
cabin is a strata unit of the Cusheon Lake Strata Corporation, with the
4 acre resort property held in common by the unit owners. The resort has
been in year round operation since 1981 and is a popular and respected
destination on Saltspring Island. The resort is managed by Cusheon Lake
Management Co. and contracted resident managers. Cabin owners are
required to enter into a rental pool agreement (RPA) with Management Co.
as a condition of purchase to ensure the continuing operation of the
resort.. The RPA describes owner’s privileges and responsibilities. The
individual owners pay strata fees and property taxes. RPA SUMMARY: The
RPA provides for the following benefits: • Professional on-site
management for owners • Reliable income stream for owners ($12,000 per annum, approximate) • Personal use privileges of cabins and
